Coordinating and executing a seemingly effortless event may seem like a miracle waiting to happen. Know that with a lot of faith and some extra Grace, you can pull off your wildest visions for your big celebration. Let’s get started!

Contact

Grace only books so many weddings each year and month, so it’s important to get in contact early to ensure you get a spot and secure your date. She will be in touch to talk all the joys and details!

Collect

Once your date is on the books, browse The Collections and curate your wishlist. When you’re ready, submit your list, and Grace will double check availability on all your desired items.

Celebrate!

When the celebration day is on the horizon, you will pick up your items, and the fun begins! Pick-up dates are set for the few days leading up to your celebration. Drop-off dates are within two days after your celebration.

If not renting decor, Grace will be in touch.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • All Day-of Coordinating bookings require a $250 deposit to secure your date. This deposit will then be put towards the total cost of the booking. The remaining payment is due the day of your wedding.

    Rental decor requires a $100 security deposit. This is made in addition to the rental decor price. As long as all rental items are returned cleaned and correctly packaged, clients will receive the full $100 deposit back. Clients will assume the cost of any broken/damaged items in addition to their total cost. If this exceeds the $100, clients will make up the difference.

    Rental decor payments are collected when the couple picks up their decor. Security deposit and damage costs are determined after drop-off and inventory reconciliation.

  • At this time, we do not offer rental decor delivery options.

    If you do not have the means to transport your items, we recommend asking a family member or friend for help. We've even had couples rental trailers from U-Haul before!

  • My goal is to allow brides to have a beautiful day without breaking the bank. To keep prices low, I expect the decor to be returned in the same shape as it was borrowed and packed in the correct boxes. This helps keep my inventory counting and cleaning time down, thus helping keep prices down! 

    There is a $100 security deposit for all decor rental orders. As long as items are returned in good condition and in correct boxes, the full security deposit will be refunded! 


  • If your celebration is more than one hour away from Colwich, Kansas, but you are still interested in our rental and/or coordinating services, please express this in the inquiry from under the "get in touch" tab.

    Long trips are hard on our inventory and difficult to coordinate. For this reason, we not able to ensure our assistance at these celebrations, however, it never hurts to ask!

  • Wedding planners often take care of contacting and booking vendors, setting arrival times, etc. They PLAN your celebration for you.

    With Cana Collections, the couples do the contacting, planning and booking to create their perfect day. Grace's day-of coordinating assists with timeline creation and ensures that the couples plans are followed!

    So, no, we do not do the wedding planning, but we do make sure that all your planning comes to life!

  • Yes, what you see is what you get!

    The prices listed with the rental decor items and in the total of your invoice are accurate. If you change your mind on an item or decide to add in another item (or two, or three), your decor pricing will reflect those changes.

    Day-of Coordinating costs start at the amounts listed on the "Day of Services" page. Prices will vary based on the specific needs of the your celebration.
