Day-of Coordination

Cana Collections offers the additional service of day-of coordination for the planners who want to ease their commitments on the day of the event. Yes, every wedding has its round of excitement, and that’s where I come in putting out the little surprise fires, so you (or your mom) don’t have to!

The meetings leading up to your wedding are spent getting everything out of your brain and onto paper so I can give you peace of mind knowing that every little detail will be taken care of. 

In an attempt to keep family and work life balance, I only book one coordinating event a month. If you’re interested, please reach out promptly!

Due to limited knowledge of other religions' rules and responsibilities, I do not feel confident coordinating weddings celebrated outside of the Catholic Church. For this reason, I only coordinate weddings celebrated in the Catholic Church.

To better balance work and family life, I only book one coordinating job per month.

All coordinating bookings require a $250 deposit to lock in your spot, the remaining costs are due on your wedding day.

Planning assistance does not require a deposit.

THE PACKAGES

The “Water” Package

Investment starts at $800

What you’ll get:

  • Leads two one-hour-long meetings prior to the wedding.

  • Assists with timeline creation and flow.

  • Attends rehearsal to ensure smooth ceremony line up, entrance, and exit of the wedding party.

  • Provides 10 hours of the services outlined below.

  • Arrives 30 minutes before the photographer on the day of your wedding (to the site where the bride is getting ready).

  • Ensures the timeline is followed and the couple’s wants/desires are fulfilled

  • Assists the photographer in ensuring subjects are where they need to be when they need to be there.

  • Meets with vendors upon arrival and reviews couple’s requests.

  • Provides a fully stocked emergency bag.

  • Utilizes hand sewing, floral design, cake decorating, and other handy skills to solve almost any problem.

If the ceremony and reception are at different locations, an assistant coordinator is required for an additional $100 fee

Available to Catholic couples getting married within one hour of Colwich, Kansas.

“water is good, but wine is better”

The “Wine” Package

Investment starts at $1,050

What you’ll get:

  • Leads two one-hour-long meetings prior to the wedding.

  • Assists with timeline creation and flow.

  • Attends rehearsal to ensure smooth ceremony line up, entrance, and exit of the wedding party.

  • Arrives one hour before the photographer (9am at the earliest) to the site where the bride is getting ready.

  • Ensures the timeline is followed and the couple’s wants/desires are fulfilled.

  • Assists the photographer in ensuring subjects are where they need to be when they need to be there.

  • Meets with vendors upon arrival and reviews couple’s requests.

  • Utilizes hand sewing, floral design, cake decorating, and other handy skills to solve almost any problem.

  • Provides a fully stocked emergency bag.

  • Stays to help problem-solve and assist the couple’s family and friends with clean up (midnight at the latest).

Reception Package

Investment starts at $350.

What you’ll get:

  • Assistance in creating a meaningful and timely timeline for your wedding day.

  • Minimum of two one-hour-long meetings prior to the wedding.

  • Provides 6 hours of the services outlined below.

  • Arrives at the reception venue one hour before the reception is scheduled to start

  • Ensures the timeline is followed and the couple’s wants/desires are fulfilled.

  • Assists the photographer in ensuring subjects are where they need to be when they need to be there.

  • Meets with vendors and reviews couple’s requests.

  • Utilizes hand sewing, floral design, cake decorating, and other handy skills to solve almost any problem.

  • Provides a fully stocked emergency bag.

  • Stays to help problem-solve and assist the couple’s family and friends with clean up (midnight at the latest).

Final pricing is dependent upon the total number of hours needed.

Decorating Package

Investment starts at $300.

What you’ll get:

  • Assistance in creating centerpiece designs and table layout within the venue.

  • One one-hour-long meeting to discuss vision, inspiration, wants, needs, and availability.

  • One one-hour-long meeting to approve or rethink mock setups.

  • Assists the couple and their family with setting up and decorating the venue.

  • Utilizes hand sewing, floral design, cake decorating, and other handy skills to solve almost any problem.

  • Provides several miscellaneous supplies (zip ties, tape, etc.) to ensure a smooth setup.

  • Discounted rental decor from Cana Collections.

  • Delivers table decor items rented from Cana Collections (Rental decor is an additional cost).
